ere I share a few impressions from the performative installation from 26.1. to 1.2.2020 in Gallery 2 at E-Werk. Together with The progressive wave I have artistically worked up some research results: Besides fixed stations like a table filled with written thoughts and personal love stories I collected during my research in LoveBoxes, a literature corner with books that accompanied me, but also videos with excerpts from conversations, there was a part danced by 5 performers to lure the audience into the different rooms of the installation and to experience individual areas on the physical level. In my 10-month research "How do you love?" I refer to the partnership relationship and examine how the way we live love changes.
The performative installation included:Karolin Stächele (concept, artistic direction, performance), The progressive wave (artistic consulting & choreography): Matan Zamir (dramaturgy) & Gal Naor (performance), Lotta Sandborgh (performance), Angelo Petracca (performance), Chiara Marolla (performance), Sönke Ober (space design), Sabine Noll (artistic consulting), Jennifer Rohrbacher (photo)
