Is that so? And the more people search, the more uncertain they become about what they want from the other person.
Is online dating changing our relationship life? I think so.
What’s that for? Friendship, flirts, sex or the big love? Somehow I have the feeling that we are doing this out of despair and the longing for confirmation. Do we really have no time and above all no courage anymore to just chat someone up outside in the bar or at the bus stop? Is it so complicated to find someone that interests us?
Does the illusion of intimacy in a Tinder relationship lead to disappointment at a real-life meeting? We think that we have come close to someone via chat and then realize at our first meeting that a stranger is standing in front of us…
Do we actually still know what we really want? I have the feeling that through all this social media stuff we live like behind a veil, adapt and forget ourselves and set our expectations so high that we are no longer satisfied with our real life. Hmm, I haven’t made any experiences with online dating portals yet, I just talked to a few users….
